Terms & Conditions

  • A £70 deposit for Hair or Makeup or a £100 deposit for Hair and Makeup, is required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. Paying this deposit is your agreement to our Terms and Conditions.
  • All of our prices include VAT.
  • Your wedding date is confirmed only once a deposit has been received by bank transfer.
  • Once the deposit is received you will receive a booking confirmation document confirming the details of your booking, along with an invoice.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled by the artist.
  • Any discount applied at booking only applies at this time and does not apply when adding on extra services at a later date.
  • You may cancel the Contract at any time by notice in writing.
  • All further payments after the booking deposit are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled and if no payments have been made you will then be liable to pay compensation based on a percentage of the total fee depending when the notice is received.
  • We reserve the right to insist on a minimum bridal booking party size during our busy months and on Saturdays.
  • If you would like to reduce the size of your booking once the deposit has been paid this is at the discretion of your artist.
  • Any changes made to the booking must be agreed in writing and signed by both parties.
  • The cost of the artist’s travel is covered by the Client. Travel is charged at 45p a mile after 20 miles from the artist’s postcode and the same for the return journey.
  • If the artist is travelling by public transport the artist will give you a quote for this.
  • Parking costs are chargeable to the client.
  • Travel is calculated at the trial by your artist. We will be able to give you an estimate at time of booking.
  • In the very unlikely circumstance that your hair or makeup artist is sick on your wedding day we will use our best endeavours to arrange a suitable replacement. If this is not possible, the Contract shall be cancelled but our liability to you shall be limited to a full refund of all fees paid by you.
  • This has never happened before.
  • It is the clients responsibility to inform the artist of any sensitive skin, allergies or medical/skin conditions.
  • The trial is normally 3-5 months before the wedding date the artist’s home salon, your artist will be able to advise you of their availability.
  • During busy periods it might not always be possible for us to schedule trials at the weekend, particularly Saturdays. Your artist will be able to advise you of availability.
  • Individual lash application is included in the price for the makeup service, there is no reduction in price for any makeup service if they are declined.
  • If you would like to have your trial at your home then travel is charged by the artist at the rate stated above.
  • If you were not happy at trial with your hair and/or makeup and choose not to go forward with your booking you will receive back the deposit minus the cost of the trial at £70 for makeup or hair and £100 for both (plus any travel charges).
  • The packages include a trial for the bride only. However, trials for other bridal party members can be added on for an extra cost.
  • Photographic/video images of the client, members of the booking or event may be used by the artist on social media unless the client has clearly withdrawn their consent in writing.
  • Events, such as weddings should be happy and relaxed occasions but the co-operation of you and your party is essential to ensure that the hair and/or makeup services goes smoothly, the best results are obtained and your goals achieved.
  • You are, therefore, responsible for ensuring punctuality and the co-operation of your bridal party.
